The programming languages we have experience with include C, C++, C#, Python and various Unix scripting languages. We have experience working with a variety of platforms. Platforms include the differing versions of Linux, Solaris and Microsoft based Windows operating systems. We are comfortable developing on simple Unix development environments as well as working in full fledged IDE environments such as Microsoft's Visual Studio. We have experience working with commercial configuration management products such as Rational Clearcase and open source systems such as Subversion. We also have experience with network programming and are familiar with TCP/IP and UDP based communication. We also have experience developing and maintaining web solutions that include the use of tools and technologies such as HTML, XML, XSL, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL backed databases, the Django web application framework, integrations with third party vendors like Authorize.net and Paypal for handling payment processing, Joomla, VirtueMart, Wordpress, Google Maps and much more. Lastly, we have worked with a number of differing database systems including Oracle, Informix and PostgreSQL. Oracle and PostgreSQL are the most recent databases we've worked with. Our involvement has included everything from installing and configuring databases as well as creating and loading the schema and writing the APIs and SQL queries.
